I ate at a good restaurant with helpful staff. And it was brand-new, the bathroom - fairly clean.

As for me, the area was quite dirty.

The units were bright and immaculate with bath.

The location is great and beautiful and they have parking on-site. It offers very good breakfasts at 10:40.

The deluxe queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was gorgeous with breakfast included. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels was a bonus.

The location in a very quiet area was marvellous and lovely. The restaurant here was nice with helpful staff, we both ordered fresh dishes.

By and large, it was great place with extremely great staff in all areas.

Marvellous and gorgeous position in the lovely area, right by a drink away from the food area, the outskirts of Ballina and the centre of town.

Lovely hotel with marvellous location on outskirts of town. Clean and gorgeous room with the bathroom, good shower and TV, obliging staff in all areas. Location really close to the restaurant in the evening, and a store in Ballina.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met required needs, would recomand it. The hotel was located adjacent to the "restaurant ", the food area and a town in which the standard of hotels is generally appalling. We had yoghourt and eggs in the morning. The location outside of the city center was good and absolutely perfect.

Property was bright and upgraded, I appreciated the stay.

I recommend the place. This was my 2nd stay, they offered family queen room with good shower and bath. The staff were exceptional and outstandingly accommodating, everything was good. The hotel had a great and beautiful position, close to town centre.

The breakfast had a wide array of options, eggs and bangers. The restaurant was nice with a bar, I tried fresh dishes.

Place was modern and relaxing, really enjoyed the stay.

Had 2 days in Ballina, spending my time here lovely. The restaurant was pleasant with bar here, I had excellent dishes. Good service, though a few employees were not always friendly. They offered me eggs and bangers in the morning.

Had a very very good time. I was travelling to Ballina for rest. The property's location was comfortable, close to town centre. It was also short walk to othrr tourist attractions, the "restaurant " on Thursday night and the outskirts of town. The deluxe twin room I was given was complete with a high ceiling, TV, as example.

During my stay at Great National Hotel, I experienced the excellent service and friendly atmosphere mentioned in the reviews. The staff at the reception desk were attentive and accommodating, making me feel welcome right from the start. The size of the bedrooms was impressive, providing ample space for relaxation. I was also delighted to find that the bathroom was modern and immaculate, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The double mattress in my room was large and exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, I had a pleasant dining experience at the hotel's restaurant, with the staff being amazingly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my meals. The menu offered a good variety of dishes, although it remained the same each night. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of hot water on the first morning and a missed room cleaning, the staff promptly addressed these issues and even compensated me with a free main course. I found Great National Hotel to be a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.
